I have considerable experience of managing both traditional waterfall and more agile projects. I’ve recently delivered large waterfall projects for Principality Building Society and agile projects for the Civil Service. I manage these projects myself and also as a programme manager with senior project managers reporting to me. Every project is different and I tailor my approach so it’s appropriate for the project, the client and the team.

User experience is the science and art of designing a website or product so that it is easy to use, fits the users’ expectations and meets business goals. My wide digital experience across these areas allows me to design information architecture and experiences which are well considered, deliverable and effective.

Using paper and clickable prototypes I can help turn your ideas into something you and your stakeholders can understand and evaluate. Prototypes are a cost effective method for exploring user journeys, ideas, and how users will interact with your site, content and products.

I spent 7 years running teams producing content for BBC websites, broadband video sites and broadcast on interactive television such as Dragons’ Den and the Apprentice. This content was developed to be entertaining and engaging, something relevant for most digital content whatever the sector.

I have created many sites and services across different sectors including broadcast (BBC web and iTV), commercial (Orange Brand and Sponsorship), financial (Principality Building Society) , charity (Amnesty International UK), government (Civil Service Learning) and education (National Curriculum).
